Where would I find details about each of the displays?

I cannot find any information that provides a description of each of the items on each of the screens.  For example, on the Spinning screen, while spinning, there is a number at the top, like 230, with a water-drop next to it.  There was a number that, when I reached 150, gave chevrons, but I have no idea why?

Can someone either point me to where the this documentation exists, or create it?  Thanks.

@memama.jones Welcome to the boards. Take a loot at the Charge 5 manual, page 16. The Chevrons is your Active Zone minutes. The flame is your calories burned. The Shoe is your number of steps. The up-side down water drop should be your distance traveled (based on GPS or your numbers of steps and stride length). There is a water drop icon used for the "water lock" (page 18), which prevents the screen from activating from water (which will use battery).

I hope that helps.
