White Screen

I know there was a thread about this previously but replies are disabled. I managed to change the clock which fixed it but only temporarily. It's reverts to white every 30mins or so, sometimes quicker. The new clock eventually starts to look a bit milky then goes white completely. I've changed the clock four times now. The other steps didn't work. Not sure what to do. This is my replacement fitbit because the first had problems as well. After moving house recently. Not sure I can find the receipt for this one either! I see some people were referred on to customer support. Did they resolve it for people or was the answer replace it. If so, think I'll have to go for another brand...
