White screen and flickering on screen Charge 5

I updated my Charge 5 on Friday night then next morning screen was white then when did come on was flickering. I message and did all that you advised me to. Which didn't make a difference. Later on screen went dark and could hardly see what was on screen and when it did show would flicker then finally stopped and always white screen. I did send videos to you what it's was doing and received a email with offers. Am just wanting to check that the email is genuine before I fill in all my personal details. I did get asked before the email where am based and where I bought it from. Which I got from the Google store

I was indeed informed that you have a case created with Customer Support and it seems they've shared some instructions with your. In this case, I can confirm there is no problem and I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can let you know about the options available for you.
