I've tried all the reset options and the screen is still white and unresponsive. Please advise

Contact support directly. I had this after the update and I've not got a replacement en route. You will have to provide a video of you attempting a 3 button press reboot etc but, if like mine, the screen remains white, they will likely replace it as long as it's in warranty.

Thanks for the heads up. Mine is not even 3 days old so very frustrating
