Why Won’t my Charge 5 Sync with my iPhone

I have Charge 5 Fitbit. It won’t sync with my iPhone unless I do it manually, and sometimes trying to sync manually won’t work either.

 

 Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for the details provided about your experience when syncing the Charge 5. 

Let me share that the All-Day Sync function has been removed from the Fitbit app on both iOS and Android. However, your data will now automatically sync each time you open the Fitbit app when your Fitbit device is nearby. However, if you're having other syncing issues, I'd recommend trying the steps   described in this help article as well.

In addition, make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
