Why can't I set alarms on the desktop and/or app?

I've been going back and forth on Twitter with this question. I used to be able to set alarms on my desktop. They told me I can only use the fitbit to do this. I have vision problems and it gives me a headache. Is there some type of accessibility option to add alarms? Thanks

@shoppingmom56   I looked at your public profile and can see that you are a long time Fitbit user.  Fitbit's older devices set their alarms in the app and/or web dashboard.  All of the current models set the alarm on the Alarms app which is only on the device.  Fitbit's Accessibility Features Help article doesn't describe any accessibility features for trackers -- only smartwatches.  It has this link to the Google Disability Support Team.  I'm not sure if they will have other options.  But it's the best way I know of to give direct feedback.

Hi @shoppingmom56  there are several styles of Fitbit which allow a voice assistant to set those alarms and more. You can learn more about that at this link - click to go there. The Charge 5 isn't listed as one of the devices.

Thank you.

The support team couldn't help me.

I just set alarms through my phone, so it vibrates when I need to be somewhere.

Hi.

I've always had the Charge device.  The others have options I can do without.

Thank you for the suggestions.
