Why can't I turn off my Charge 5 when I don't need it?

I only wear it for workouts 3 times a week and sometimes it's out of power by the time I need it!!!

Hi, thanks for sharing your inquiry about your Charge 5, @ulan-yisaev. 

 

As you mentioned earlier, unfortunately it's not currently possible to turn off the device completely. But there are a few features that you can turn off to save battery life in general. You can review the steps in this article. 

 

You can also try disabling features like heart rate tracking and screen wake feature in your device's settings. Regarding the option to turn off Charge 5, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
