Why does it take so long to ship out my replacement order?

I called tech support on Weds. 1-4-23.  On that day they decided that my charge 5 needed replaced.  The submitted an order to replace it.  I received an email soon after my call to the tech support requesting, I go to a web page and give them more information.  This was at approximately 1:30PM.  I completed the information and received another email that my Replacement request had been received.  That was at 2:08PM.  At 2:09 pm I received an email stating my order was accepted and placed and I would be receiving it in 5-7 business days.  At 6:57pm I got an email with a tracking number.  When I click the tracting number it takes me to the fitbit page and shows the shipping label was printed and it was awaiting pick-up.  This was on 1-4-23.  I have checked it on 1-5-23 and 1-6-23 and no progress has been shown.  It still show the shipment label was created and it is awaiting pickup.  Is it still waiting for the USPS to pick it up, or has it been picked up and is on its way?  Is this normal.  Seems odd to be sitting for 2 days waiting for the USPS to pick it up

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and your experience with the replacement process, @GregtheBear

I'm sorry to see that it's been taking so long. Since this is related to a shipping process, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team so they can provide you with more information about the status of the order. They will let you know what are the options available for you.

Usually it's on the day of. Depending on the seller and courier. Next day shipping is fairly normal if cut off are missed from the day prior

That is what I expected, but in my case it was still sitting at wherever the fitbit was stored.  It had a shipping label printed but nothing else for the longest time.  Evidently my posting must have got them moving.  It was put into shipping and looks to be on its was and is scheduled to arrive on the 10th.

Thank you, Dave.  I assume you did something to get them moving.  It is on its way now.  Or at least seems that way
