Why doesn't the Daily or Sleep Heart Rate match an Irregular Rhythm Report Min or Max BPM?

@CharlieHathaway    I can tell you for certain that the Daily Heart Rate graph gives a number that is averaged over five minutes and the Sleeping Heart Rate graph is averaged over one minute.  Your Fitbit actually records your heart rate on a beat-to-beat basis.  I searched the internet for an Irregular Rhythm image and can't find one.  It might use an even smaller measurement interval.  If so, it will give higher max HR and lower min HR.  The Daily Heart Rate graph smooths out the data the most.
