For the last two nights, my Charge 5 has added an 'Aerobic Workout' around 1 am, when I am asleep, for some 40 minutes. My heart rate never goes anyway near my fat burn zone, in fact last night's heartrate never even reached my RHR during my 'Aerobic Workout', which is just under 40 bpm below fat burn...
Any thoughts?

Hi, @BezierNougat, welcome, is this something that happens frequently? if not just delete the exercise. If disturbances like this occur often you might note these articles How accurate are Fitbit devices? & How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? This last article notes that restless sleepers interrupt the data collection and you can try changing the sensitivity between normal & sensitive.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hello @BezierNougat
By any chance, have you set up Sleep mode on your Charge 5? That might help prevent it from activating a workout while you're sleeping.
If you haven't, here's how you set it up:
When you set up Sleep mode, your Charge 5 screen brightness is set to dim, you won't get vibrations from notifications, and turning your wrist won't turn on the screen during the times you scheduled.

Thanks both. Last night no aerobics (at least that I'm aware of - maybe I'm sleep walking 😅)!
@Gr4ndp4, I had my device set on 'normal' which, I think is appropriate, at least the sleep patterns seemed to reflect what I generally sensed was going on during the night.
@RiekoC no, I didn't have sleep mode on, but I had already turned all my notifications off and my screen brightness is normally set to dim anyway, so I don't think that is the issue. However, I have followed your advice and set up sleep mode for the future to see if makes any difference.
I figured out how to add an image (below) - this is my second 'midnight aerobic workout'. Note that there are no zone minutes and the max heart rate for the 41 minutes of 'exercise' is 61 bpm, with an average of 55 bpm (within my normal sleeping range) - not very aerobic, eh?
Easy enough to delete the activity, I'm not really concerned by the 'extra' workout; I was more concerned that there might be an issue with the device - I mean, why would it start tracking an exercise (one which, BTW, I've never used) some 40 bpm below my fat burn zone? Note: in the 'Auto Recognized Exercises' section, under Aerobic Workout, it says: 'Recognizes continuous, HIGH MOVEMENT aerobic activities...'
Anyway, I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if it happens again.
