Why the alarm for Fitbit charge 5 only last 3 seconds?

The problem in fitbit charge 5 is that the alarm does not work long enough to wake me up. It only last for 3 seconds and it will turn again for another 3 seconds after 9 minutes. The alarm of charge 4 was much better. Can I increase the time of the alarm?

I don't experience this issue with my alarms.  If anything it is slightly difficult to turn it off since I have to swipe while half awake.  Have you restarted your watch?

Which fitbit charge are you using? I used to have the charge 2, 3, 4, and I did not experience this problem. The problem started with the charge 5.

I restarted my fitbit, and the problem remained the same. It vibrates only for 3 seconds and stops alone.
