I have been loving using my charge 5 but I will be going to sleep away camp very soon where I would have my phone. So I was wondering if my charge 5 would still work if I was 100 miles away from my phone.

Hi @eBigly  the Charge 5 will work when you're far from the phone, but you won't get any notifications or be able to sync your data. You able to take your charger with you?

You should be okay as long as you take your charger and have power for it.  Your tracker can hold about a week's worth of detailed data.  If you are away from phone longer than that without syncing, it will switch to saving summary data without all the detail.  Not sure but there may be some data that you won't be able to see on your tracker until it has synced through your phone to go back through the central Fitbit database, but won't be lost, at least for a week.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
