My Fitbit Charge 5 Worked perfectly for 5 months. I took it swimming once and now the battery won’t keep a charge for 4 hours. I am told it is a firmware but I don’t agree. While swimming it shut down completely, it took several tries to get it to restart. Now I can’t even track a full day because I have to charge it every 4 hours. I am not getting the full benefit of the app for my health monitoring. How could it be a firmware issue if it worked fine until I decided to use it in the pool. I have talk to 5 different people and I keep getting “we are working on a firm ware” it’s like they aren’t even listening to me!!!
