Hi, I've been using charge 3 for about 3 years and have to get a new tracker now as it's dimming issue's gotten worse. Is it worth getting charge 5 or try other fitbit models? thanks in advance
I purchased a 5 as my 3 was going dim. The 5 seems to be a step backward. More features but I’m having fits syncing and battery life leaves a lot to be desired
With respect. Don’t do it. My experience with charge 5 has been less than impressive. My first one was replaced for free after 2 months because it would not charge. My second one will not sync after less than two months.. and customer support is appalling is appalling this time.
