I was trying to replace the short wrist band with the long one and the clip attachment fell out. I'm struggling to get it to re-attach or maybe it's broken? I just purchased it off amazon and it says the product is not refundable. Hoping I can solve this issue on my own with your help!
This is not supposed to happen for sure. Seems to me that you need to return it for a replacement. Refundable or not, there is a standard guarantee which should cover faulty units. Good luck.
