Check your time zone set right? Parts of world is 1/11 now.

Make sure in the app settings, is set to automatic time zone.

Hello @TweetB

Your Charge 5 should be getting time and date from your device that has the Fitbit app, usually a phone. It should update when you sync your Charge 5 with the Fitbit app.

As @Sean_in_sd , you might want to check the settings in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture/icon (Android) / gear icon (iOS) in the upper right of the Today page
  • Tap on Fitbit Settings
  • Tap on App Settings
  • Confirm that Automatic time zone & Automatic location are turned on. If they are turned on and your Charge 5 has the wrong date, turn them off and select a different time zone. Go back to the Today page and perform a manual sync. Then, go back to the App settings and turn Automatic time zone & location back on. Go back to the Today page and perform a manual sync.

This process should correct the date on your Charge 5 display.
