I am sick and tired of buying new Fitbits over the years, only to have them crap out.  The only help from Fitbit (or Google or whoever runs this dumpster fire now) is to get a new device.  So....I took their advice....I got a Garmin.  Lightyears better.  I'll never go back to this sorry product.
