Zone minutes inaccurate

My charge 5 is not tracking zone minutes. Example yesterday I walked 20 thousand plus steps ant a steady pace and it showed 9 zone minutes. In comparison my partner did same walk at same pace (same fitness level) and had over 100 zone minutes.

I am having the same issue with new update - I am getting 0 zone minutes as well as not tracking sleep or readiness.  Very frustrating
