Zone minutes on home screen are greater than sum of zone minutes of activities

My zone minutes on my home screen are consistently higher than the sum of the zone minutes for each of the individual activities recorded that day. Here's an example for today (recorded 128 zone minutes per sum of activities but total on home screen shows 149 zone minutes).

Is there a way to fix this?

I have never seen an explanation of what it takes to qualify to be listed as a Zone Minutes "activity".  My guess would be that you got 21 other zone minutes today in other smaller chunks too small to be listed as "activities".  Remember, as opposed to the previous 'active minutes', there is no minimum time for earning zone minutes.  Those other 21 could have come even 1 or 2 at a time, and you probably would not have wanted each of those to be listed as a separate "activity".

I thought that too, but I do have activities that were recorded for oddly small amounts of time.

It isn't really the biggest deal, as I really only care about my actual concerted efforts, I'm just in a friendly health challenge which incorporates zone minutes so I wanted to make sure they weren't artificially inflated.

Well, there goes my explanation.

@Chartemis   I get my zone minutes in many chunks throughout the day like you.  One thing I noticed about some Fitbit data is that it can take time to show up in the app.  I never paid attention to zone minutes, but I use SmartTrack for many activities.  Sometimes it takes half an hour for that data to appear.  Please double check your app numbers.  Did they show up later in the day or are the totals off at the end of the day?  I checked several day's worth of data and mine add up at the end of the day.

I don't think that it makes a difference that I use a different model Fitbit.  Zone minutes are zone minutes.  But I use an iPhone and sometimes there is a bug in the Android app, but not the iOS app and vice versa.
