Zones clock face

I chose the Zones clock face on my Charge 5 and I can't figure out one of the numbers on the screen.  I have the time, can scroll date, steps, etc on the small number on top of the time to the right but I can't figure out what the small number on top of the time to the left stands for.  Any insights?  thanks

The small number you mentioned shows your current active zone minutes for that day. To get a better understanding about what active zone minutes are, you'll find the explanation here:

thanks so much for taking the time to answer.  I never would've figured that out on my own.  We've been doing a lot of sitting around with family this past week- now I understand why it's been "0" 😂
