Got the charge 5 for Christmas and it is not holding a charge. the battery last for a couple of hours at most. I've read the article, and turns off the always on feature and adjusted the GPS as well as changing the clock face. any other suggestions?

Same here, but mine is lasting a day before it drains. There is a whole thread here somewhere about battery draining with trouble shooting tips. I am in the process of trying them all but no luck so far. I hope you can fix your problem, it's very frustrating.
