charge 5 does not work

Try restarting your Fitbit Charge 5 a few times. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm If the problem persist I’d try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App as I’ve seen this help others.

this is bad customer service and bad product management, customers have been telling you this for two months and this is not getting fixed, apple here we come. the tracker is not responding to the app.

I’m sorry restarting your Charge 5 or changing your clock face. I’m not sure what you mean when you said “Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app” because I thought your screen was black so that route of changing the clock face wouldn’t work. I was referring to through the Fitbit App. Opening the Fitbit App, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Charge 5 then tap gallery and change clock face from there.
If these troubleshooting tips don’t help I would suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service:https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I don’t work for Fitbit. I am just a consumer like yourself who is just trying to help as best I can.
