calories different in app than watch

Just got a ‘new’ - as in reconditioned- Charge 5 after my previous one stopped working after 9 months.
Ive found this ‘new’ Charge 5 has calorie errors. The calories on the app are consistently higher than on the watch.

I’ve contacted the help desk and went through a whole series of resets and re syncing with his guarantee that the following day my watch and app would fully sync.

Absolute rubbish - still as out of sync as ever.

Feeling v disappointed with Fitbit.

Anyone else got the same issue?

I'm also experiencing this. For the last several days at least. I've tried restarting phone and Fitbit and unpairing but nothing has resolved it so far

Calories are a day ahead. It thinks I am on Tuesday when it's Monday. All past days are same problem. Did force stop and restart. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Played with the date settings in phone and app. Nothing is fixed. So frustrating to be told you are over your calorie goal when you haven't eaten yet because it's dragging in the previous days food data.
