can you lock the screen so my boxing gloves don't keep switching the device off during a session.

I bought the charge 5 to keep track of my fitness.  However I find that I cannot use it during my boxercise sessions as the gloves and pads keep switching the device off . I have tried it round my ankle which didn't work and up my forearm but it kept slipping down. Is there a screen lock that I can use once I have set it to record the exercise. I do up to 5 sessions of boxercise a week plus other classses, unless I can get it to work in these sessions it is useless.  I hope someone can help or its going back to the shop.

I don't think any Fitbit device has a screen/button lock working system or exercise wide (with exception of swimming). It's a feature that users have been asking for for years.
