cant bluetooth or sync watch

i tried restarting my phone, restarting my watch, force closing the app, etc ... any help ? 😞 i just wanna be able to sync my workout

I got the same problem,  It did not record any sleep last night and I couldn't sync.  I tried forgetting the device in my phone and in the Bluetooth.  Restarted Bluetooth and tried to re-setup the charge 5.  I got as far as the phone and it finding each other, but when the charge gave the 4 digit paring number the software always said it was the wrong number.  eventually the charge comes back to the home screen but not before going through The "red X" that I have seen when my Sense(s) died.

thats so frustrating ugh 😞 maybe theres a glitch across the app ? since the new update yknow

The recommended troubleshooting steps are on this help page: Why won't my Fitbit device sync 

A few users also had to turn off Wi-Fi and turn it back on to get their devices to sync, which is not mentioned in the above help page. 

Hopefully, these steps will get your devices back syncing with your phones.

ive done everything and it still wont sync haha 💔 thank you though ! hoping if i wait it out itll do its thing lol?
