cardio fitness score reverted back to a range

My cardio fitness score reverted back to a range (forty eight to fifty two) from a specific value (58) a couple of days ago. I know that to calculate a specific value, it needs me to log a run of over 10 minutes using the GPS. I run 20 to 30 miles a week using the GPS (in phone mode now, if it matters) and it has given me a specific value for at least 3 years until a couple of days ago. I will note that I have been sick the last week and have only run the last two days, but that failed to update my cardio score. Any idea what changed and how to fix it?

This continues to be a problem for me. Any ideas on how to solve it?

I tried running for 20 minutes on a track with GPS (in phone mode) and still no score--just the estimated range. Does it have to use the on-board GPS in order to measure a score? I wouldn't think so, but if so, then a) that seems dumb and b) I'm out of luck then, since my on-board GPS doesn't work (Thanks, fitbit!).
