charge 5 documents sleeping on an intermittent basis and other problems

every few days it shows i managed to get an hours sleep.

According to "Health Metrics" I have a resting heart rate but nothing for breathing rate, nothing for heart rate variability, nothing for skin temperature and no oxygen saturation.

seems to show heart rate increase when exercising

 

I have lost track of the number of times I have reached out for support

I have even sent it in twice and they sent me another with the same problem

I have confidence in the company but fear their design and beta program was not inclusive eno

This is my third and probably last fit-bit model.  Their support fails to help or their sensors are to restrictive and it just fails on me.
