My exercise history is lost for this month on my Charge 5. I fully charged it last night and now all of August's exercise is gone. I've logged out & back on, I've turned off bluetooth and back on, I've unpaired and repaired the device. Nothing has helped!

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that the tracker only keeps a week's worth of data.
Re-pairing the tracker will result in losing any data that hasn't been synced previously.
