Are you trying to set your weight loss goal in the Fitbit app? If so, please let us know if you are an iOS or Android user. 

Also, what version of the Fitbit app do you have on your mobile device? To find your app version info:

• Tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on Help in the menu that opens
• You should see the app version info on the page that opens
