charge 5 not tracking anything

my charge 5 was working fine yesterday till around 4 then for what ever reason the battery started draining incredably quickly so i went to charge it and got the red x and i went to check on it today and it appeared to be working fine till i went to check my steps and i noticed it haddent tracked anything also the heart rate sensor light has been red idk what that means but its probebly not good
