I received an email that I am getting an RMA/Replacement. charge 5 graphite pebble.  What does this mean?  is this just a refurbished one?

Hi @cherylbryk  RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization. Graphite is the color. Pebble is the main portion of the device, minus the bands. When you receive a replacement, it's just the pebble and not the bands or charger. Sometimes they send new pebbles and if the color you want isn't available in the warehouse, they might send a refurbished one.
