charge 5

halo I hove a knew charge 5 and I hove a problem with that. 

It does not counts the climb floors and the result (after syncing) is always zero.

With my old charge 2 every day I climbed over from 8 floors per day,

I would like to help me with this problem if someone knows something about it.,

Unfortunately, the Charge 5 does not track floors as they left out the necessary sensor. See the comment from Fitbit in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-5/Altimeter-Floor-Counter-for-Charge-5/td-p/4947437
