Just to add, do you know what the name of your Clock Face is?  If you start from the Today screen on the App on your phone, then tap your Profile picture.  Tap on Charge 5, then Gallery, and Clocks, and you can see all of the Clock Faces and the names.  If you could tell us the name, we could probably tell you.

For example, mine's the Runliner and it shows: Active Minutes from the Arrow/Chevron icon, Steps from the shoe icon and Distance from the place marker icon.

 Please let us know about yours and we should hopefully be able to help you.
