Sorry to see you're having an issue with your Fitbit. 

Would you please share a little more information about your problem? Where are you seeing the cumulative steps? Is it on your Fitbit or is it on the Fitbit app? If you can provide some pictures or screenshots that will help us give you the right advice.

I powered Fitbit down and back up and now it is working.
