A warm welcome to the forums @basicwife.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 5. Sorry to know about the situation and thank you for performing the restart.

Regarding your sleep data, as you didn't sync since Monday, you may record your sleep manually through the app.

To fix the time and date, I'd suggest you try to sync the device following the steps listed in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Then, try to restart one more time as suggested here.

Hello @basicwife

You might also want to check your Fitbit settings to make sure that it has Automatic Time Zone and Automatic location turned on.

  • Tap your picture/icon (Android) or gear icon (iOS) in the upper right of the Today page.
  • Tap on Fitbit settings
  • Tap on App settings
  • On this page, you should see Automatic time zone and Automatic location. These should be enabled.

If these settings are enabled, but you still see the wrong date & time on your Charge 5, you can change these settings to something else (different time zone & location), sync, then change them back to the correct settings, & sync. This hopefully will get your device "unstuck" and back in sync with your phone/network's time.
