delays in shipping--would you suggest using Amazon or Best Buy in the future

Had shipping delays with my Luxe over a year ago and it recently crapped out beyond the warranty period. Got a 35% off coupon and decided to try the Charge 5 but made the mistake of ordering via Fitbit where they apparently can put a label on a box but can't give the box to UPS to send it (reminds me of the Jerry Seinfeld joke about making a reservation but not holding the reservation which is the most important part). Shame on me for not just ordering through Amazon for a few dollars more or just getting the new Apple Watch. Also wanted to cancel the order given the lack of transparency but was not allowed to do so either. Will have to work with the credit card company to see what my alternatives are. Big thumbs down!

@DonDokken  it all depends on which place you feel best suits your needs. Best Buy, if local, would mean the item would be in your hand sooner. Amazon is fast, but check on the return policy. Best Buy is 14 days. Fitbit is 45 days.
