hello.
I am using fitbit charge5 to measure heart rate for my graduation paper.
I used the 'EDA scan' function to check the EDA score and heart rate. And then the data was checked in 'my journey' tab in the fitbit app on my phone.
However, despite the same data, there is a difference between the heart rate record immediately after using EDA scan and the heart rate record after refreshing.
I attach a photo below.
The two photos are the same result measured on the same day and at the same time (today, 18:08).
However, in the first photo, the heart rate represents as 92 -> 66 bpm, but in the second photo (after refresh and synchronization), the heart rate represents as 70 -> 66 bpm.
Can you tell me why this difference occurs?
And which data should I trust before or after the refresh (sync)?
Thank you.
