Hello @Januce1011 

Is it possible that you have your DND (do not disturb) turned on and/or Sleep mode turned on?  If that doesn’t fix the problem look here to make sure you have your settings correct: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm?Highlight=Notifications
😃Let me know if that’s the issue and it’s functioning correctly now
