It would be great to know my fitness age and what is achievable to improve with what activity plan.
This is a key, how much active minutes weekly and how long, to achieve improvement, for a specific person.
Let's say, improvement advisor feature.
Now we have some benchmark, no data what can be done. Benchmark informs where we are now. Over time we get know what was done. Was it an optimal way to achieve this goal ?

@zibi1000 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your feedback.
I'm not quite sure, if you re requesting a feature, asking for information or willing to have a chat with other users?
Could you please elaborate your post so that others can get a better idea of what you need/want.
See you around.

Sir, i wrote clearly in English. This phrase "I'm not quite sure" means that the content is for you totally meaningless and amigious.
What about the possibility, that some other person would read my post and put the concrete question ?

@zibi1000 Although this article is a little old, the concept that your fitness age is related to your VO2max still holds true. Fitbit's Cardio Fitness Score is its estimate of your VO2max. You can get more information by doing the following:
This will help with your first statement. The NTNU-CERG test gives you an estimated fitness age. I've taken this test several times over the years and am pleased to report that my fitness age is (still) 20 years less than my real age.
Does this help?

Hi,
yes, your answer is valuable. What i thought is to have it in the app. To estimate the age/age change, the NTNU uses a questionnaire, but fitbit has a detailed data on performance. The estimation from fitbit and advice how to improve and .. when to see results would be much more precise.
Still, tnx a lot for your great answer.
Regards,
zibi

@zibi1000 Please don't dismiss the work done by NTNU. It's based on years of original research. It's the most common site you will be sent to if you ask, "what is my fitness age?" in a search engine. I agree it would be nice to see a fitness age the Fitbit app. Fitbit would need to do its own research in order to give you that information. Everything is proprietary. Fitbit used to offer personalized training, but that feature no longer exists.
