I ordered a new fitbit on 12/16 and was given the option for expedited 2-day shipping. I chose to do that and have not gotten my order in 2 business days. When I checked the tracking, it says my estimated delivery is 12/26. I understand it's the holiday season, and shipping carriers are super busy, however, why is fitbit offering 2-day shipping if they cannot deliver in 2 days? I feel like this is a marketing scam to get customers to order for Christmas. Do not fall for it - they cannot deliver what they offer.
