heart rate and sleep app does not work of the Charge 5 and

i have tried everything for fig out why the Heart and Sleep does not work or work sometime  i have call the help line and told me to do this and that and it still does not work  and by this message board this is a common problem and it looks like its still not fixed 

you would think that they would fix this problem before they start mass selling it 

not a happy camper  

back to the Apple watch  at least it does work

Oh, no! That was the problem I was having in my Charge4 that I’d hoped the 5 would remedy. I’ve had it less than a week and so far so good, but I’m sorry to hear there are still these same problems with the 5.

if your thinking of buying this product i would have an second look at something else that works  then spend money on this item.  This problem has been around since it has been released.  You would think that they would work the bugs out before releasing the product

if your looking at buying this product    SAVE YOUR MONEY.   the heart and sleep this dose not work  i have had sent this back 3 time now we are going for a 4th on  and if you look on this board you will notice a lot of people have had the same problem.   if you want a good item  look at the Apple Watch   all functions do work on it
