my charge 5 only has 10 hours of battery

one night i put my charge 5 on the charger and when i woke up i took it off the charger then after doing a hike 10 hours later only 4% battery life !

my charge 5 dosen't sync i'm dissapointed beacuse earlier it also only had 10 hours of battery i might go to garmin if it keeps up!!!

my fitbit only had 10 hours of battery, it wont sync to my computer, and clocks don't work at all i want to go to garmin but maybe fitbit can say something about it or come out with a better activity tracker and i'm dissapointed and i love fitbit but i hate a non use activity tracker come on fitbit!!!

Lucky…my battery only lasts an hour thanks to their recent update. The device was two months old when it became unusable. Zero help or resolutions from Fitbit so here I am having thrown away money on a device that doesn’t work and needing to get a new one. Never thought Fitbit was such a horrible company but I’m definitely spreading the word so they don’t rob other customers like myself.

Same, I'm getting under 2 hours from a full charge. It started after this recent update.
