Hi 

suddenly, my Fitbit won't swipe in any direction. It hasn't completed one year yet. I tried to restart the watch using the charger since it doesn't swipe, but it did not work. it only shows the time; no heart rate or steps ...

I've experienced that from time to time.  Usually it goes away after a few minutes.
