no ecg app on charge 5

I just received my charge 5 but there is no ecg app on it. I am in Singapore, should be in the list. I tried to install it by myself but failed. What happened?

Hi, @shuhemanxi , yes, the ecg app should be available in Singapore.  Please check that it is correctly registered to your country.  Please click on “Dashboard” at the top right hand side of every page when you are logged in to the community.  From the Dashboard click on the gear icon top right and find the settings menu and check your country.
