non funziona piu lo schermo

ho preso da meno di un mese il charge5 a  mio marito, oggi lo schermo ha iniziato a non funzionare, si vedono solo i puntini in basso del “cambio schermata” cosa puó essere?la batteria è carica e l’app sta contando passi etc…quindi funziona ma non si vede nulla.

I think you've posted in the English Community by mistake.  If you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the arrow next to English, you can change the language setting and reach your community.

 

I'm really sorry but I'm terrible at languages, so can't be sure which yours is:
