only first km of walk shown

The distance shown is accurate but when I loo on the fitbit site I only see the first 1km shown on the map.  I can see the splits but not where the splits are.

yeah, when using GPS. It shows how far you travelled accurately. Without using GPS and you’re seeing how far you travelled by how many steps you’ve done.

So, the distance you’ve travelled only depends on how many steps you have done. Which is disappointing.

Two days previously I did a 3.7k track - only to the local shopping ctr and the entire trip is mapped for me. Two days before that 7k walk and only 1st km shown.  I made no changes to settings and tracked all it in exactly the same manner. One tracks properly and one does not, same watch, same phone different result.   Something is going wrong.
