I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Some people have found restarting the tracker helps in this situation.
Connect it to the charger, then press the button at the USB end 3 times. You might have to experiment with the timing between presses. Hopefully the logo should appear and it should start working again.
Also, did you try changing the Clock Face recently? I have heard that some clock faces cause problems (I don't know which ones though unfortunately). It could also be an idea to try changing the Clock Face in the App too (if you changed it before the crash).
