I have gotten this message. All settings on my iphone are correct. Every app that I have except for the Fitbit app that uses the internet is working. If I go to Fitbit.com and go to my dashboard, it syncs on the desktop, but it still does not on the iphone. I am using a Charge 5 and have never had this issue before. I have been a Fitbit user since they first came out. I am distressed. Any suggestions? Reinstalling does not work. Settings on iphone and with Fitbit are correct.
