"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when trying to download a clock face on Charge 5

I have since yesterday a charge 5. Everything is working well. The syncing is also well. But when I go to galerie I get the message that there is no Internet. How can I solve this?

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS
