Hi all, I got a charge 5 from santa having previously used another brand of tracker. Im so frustrated, my app doesnt show wifi settings on the watch tile, it just keeps saying oops no Internet connection. Ive tried all the suggestions i can find but nothing is working, id like to change my watch face but it simply wont let me connect the tracker to the internet.. any suggestions before i pull my hair out!  thanks

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

 

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

To change the clock face, you must use the Fitbit app on a device already connected to the Internet. You are not able to change the clock face from the watch itself.

yes, but i cant get the watch to show me the wifi settings on the app to connect the watch

FANTASTIC!  turned off my private DNS it all worked... got face changed.. brilliant thankyou.. was about to return my watch to the shop... yay.. sorted.
